My advice is to arrange a Last Will and Testament stating your intentions and the assets you wish to leave to your partner on your demise, you can also state if you wish to be buried or cremated in Thailand or you wish to be sent back to your home country, At Key Visa we have arranged numerous Last Will and testaments and my advice to all my clients is that if your assets are worth more than the cost of arranging a Last Will and Testament then arrange one.
I am 73 years old and have lived with my Thai partner for over 4 years and have assets in Thailand and wish to leave my assets to my partner, what is the best way to arrange this?
