Refused a Visa
In order to obtain a Visa for a Thai National to travel to Australia, you must fill out the necessary application forms, providing evidence to support your answers in which you have given on your paper work. You will be asked to provide information about the Thai National and the Australian sponsor and a decision will be made by the Visa Officer based on the evidence that you have provided. The Visa Officer may refuse a visa application if he feels that there has not been enough evidence provided to support the application.
If you have been refused a Visa for a Thai Citizen to travel to Australia, your Visa Officer will give you the reasons why you have been refused.
It is important to look at the reasons given by the Austrailian Embassy as to why you have been refused before you re apply.
You will need to make changes to or provide more evidence to the Australian Embassy before you reapply. If you do not make the necessary changes you may well have your Visa Application refused again.
We will help you to understand the reasons given by the Australian Embassy as to why you have been refused a Settlement or Tourist Visa, and advise you of any changes you need to make or actions to be taken by the Thai Citizen and the Australian sponsor and prepare you for re applying.
